What the Negotiator Team Does?
Due to the expansion of import and export globally we are pleased to introduce our service to foreign importers from Canada as follows:
We are the trade negotiating department of Fairview Inc. Our negotiators' job is to sell our product as well as negotiate with the other suppliers and manufacturers in Canada to get the better prices, terms and conditions for our clients. The key is volume and product knowledge. Majority of the Canadian suppliers know us as one of the biggest supplier and producer of the commodity and forest products in Canada. They also know our product knowledge and location enable us to inspect their product closely. Therefore, they deliver with quality and the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
What our role is in regards to negotiate with the other producers in Canada:
Whatever we cannot supply we can negotiate with the other suppliers on behalf of you if you need to but other products but commodity and forest products. Our role is:
-
To negotiate with your supplier and manufacturer to get a better price.
-
To find alternative Canadian supplier and manufacturer if it is necessary.
-
To check the legal documents to ensure you are protected.
-
To apply for insurance and the other services you may need if they are cheaper and better in Canada.
-
To sit with you and your supplier as an interpreter or professional negotiator if you need us.
-
To keep all information confidential exactly like your lawyer.
Ultimately our goal is to get you the better price and service.
Regards,
Ali Zohouri, member of the negotiator team.

Questions & answers:
Q - I am buying some product from a Canadian manufacturer and I cannot make a trip to Canada. Can your negotiator get a better price from the same manufacturer and for the same product?
A - Yes. We do not charge you anything if we do not save money for you. When we get a better price for you, we charge you only for the actual expenses that our negotiator spent to do the job.
Q - Can your negotiator check my import legal document to see if I am protected?
A - Yes. This service is free if our negotiator did the negotiation.
Q - Can your negotiator research to see if he can find better insurance rate for my cargo?
A - Yes. No charge.
Q - I am buying some product from a supplier in Montreal. Can your negotiator give me all the necessary services that I may need to visit my supplier, to negotiate the terms and price, check the documents and so on?
A - Yes. Our negotiator will be with you from A to Z. He does not charge you for the negotiation but he will charge you for the actual expenses it may cost him to be with you or if you need him as a translator or interpreter.
Q - I heard keeping the client’s information confidential is a law in Canada, is that right?
A - Yes. Government of Canada is very sensitive about keeping all the clients’ information confidential. By law we have to keep all your personal or business information confidential exactly like your lawyer. We have residential and commercial properties that none of them are ours indeed because our clients used our name as their trustee. We have millions of dollars in our bank account that none of those are ours because our clients used us as their trustee.
Q - I heard about your company and also saw in your website that you ask your clients to pay you just the actual cost. How your company makes money?
A - Our projects, overhead and the other expenses rely on donations made by our foreign importers from Canada and we are extremely grateful to all who have helped us. We simply couldn’t do it without you!
